Ever wondered what all the fuss is about with The Rocky Horror Picture Show but weren’t sure where to start? Or maybe you always wanted to catch the iconic Saturday midnight showing at the Esquire but never stay up late enough—and now the Esquire’s closed!? Maybe your already a pro but need more fun ladies to show up and really make it a party? Well, now’s your chance to make it right!
The Rocky Horror Picture Show is back in various forms across Denver this fall, and we’re here to dive into the madness together. Join the Mazzy crew for a hands-on Rocky Horror experience or two. Here are some options to choose from:
- Friday, October 11, 2024 @ Historic Elitch Theatre, 6:00-10:00 PM - Start your Rocky Horror adventure at this iconic Denver venue! Costumes, props, and audience shout-outs—perfect for first-timers and seasoned fans alike.
- Tuesday, October 22, 2024 @ Paramount Theatre - Don’t miss this epic 49th-anniversary show with Magenta herself, Patricia Quinn! Live shadow cast, audience participation, and a costume contest—it’s all here!
- Friday, November 8, 2024 @ Studio Loft, Ellie Caulkins Opera House, 9:30 PM - SOLD OUT - This one’s sold out, but no worries! We’ve got plenty of other chances to join the fun.
- Throughout October @ Denver Improv for Richard O'Brien's Rocky Horror Show - All October long, catch the live musical version of Rocky Horror at Denver Improv! Props, singing, and a whole lot of fun with the Mazzy crew.
You can pick one, or we can hit them all—your call! Maybe we’ll even work in a pre-planning party to strategize on costumes, props, pre-party plans, carpooling, etc. This is your perfect, safe space to dive into the wild world of Rocky Horror with fellow first-timers and seasoned pros alike.
