Get ready to experience the beauty of Colorado’s fall colors with the Mazzy crew at Kenosha Pass! We’ll start the day with a scenic drive, followed by a relaxed hike through vibrant aspen groves. Along the way, we’ll stop for photos and to take in the golden beauty of autumn. After the hike, we’ll settle down for a cozy picnic, complete with a thermos of hot apple cider—perfect for enjoying the mountain vibes.
Details:
- Scenic Drive: We’ll find a carpool meeting spot, then take a beautiful drive through the mountains, soaking up the fall colors.
- Hike: A 3-4 mile easy-to-moderate hike through golden aspen groves, with plenty of opps for photo-taking (aka a good excuse for a breath break😉).
- Picnic: After (or during?) the hike, we’ll relax with a fall picnic. Bring your favorite snacks and blanket to share in the autumn magic.
What to Bring:
- Water, snacks, and picnic items (remember, we'll leave no trace...pack it in, pack it out)
- Comfortable hiking shoes
- A blanket for the picnic
- A thermos of warm cider or your favorite fall bevvy
